Lungo il cammino verso Gerusalemme, [Ges\u00f9] attraversava la Samar\u00eca e la Galilea. Entrando in un villaggio, gli vennero incontro dieci lebbrosi, che si fermarono a distanza e dissero ad alta voce: \u00abGes\u00f9, maestro, abbi piet\u00e0 di noi!\u00bb. Appena li vide, Ges\u00f9 disse loro: \u00abAndate a presentarvi ai sacerdoti\u00bb.
\nE mentre essi andavano, furono purificati. Uno di loro, vedendosi guarito, torn\u00f2 indietro lodando Dio a gran voce, e si prostr\u00f2 davanti a Ges\u00f9, ai suoi piedi, per ringraziarlo. Era un Samaritano.
\nMa Ges\u00f9 osserv\u00f2: \u00abNon ne sono stati purificati dieci? E gli altri nove dove sono? Non si \u00e8 trovato nessuno che tornasse indietro a rendere gloria a Dio, all\u2019infuori di questo straniero?\u00bb. E gli disse: \u00ab\u00c0lzati e va\u2019; la tua fede ti ha salvato!\u00bb.<\/p>\n
